Experienced Handyman

We are looking for an experienced handyman for upkeep and repair maintenance for multiple residential properties.  The individual in this position will need to have skillful hands and practical knowledge of general repair skills. We value attention to detail and resilience. Starting pay based on experience and knowledge, with 90-day Performance Review.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform all maintenance and repairs
  • Carpentry doors, windows, trims repairs
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Paint and drywall repairs
  • Floor cleaning grout and tile
  • Minor electrical repairs
  • Minor appliance repairs
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs
  • Maintain assigned vehicle provided

Requirements:

  • Experience as a residential handyman preferred
  • Must have own tools
  • Experience with hardware, tools, and electrical equipment
  • Basic understanding of construction, tile, electrical & plumbing
  • Good communication ability
  • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
  • Attention to detail

Material Handle / Parts Runner

As a material handler and parts runner you will be able to see first hand what our technicians do on a daily basis, behind the scenes of plumbing, carpentry, flooring, decking jobs and be an essential part of our company’s successes. This is a busy job requiring multitasking at all times.
 
We are looking for somebody who can:
 
  • Drive the company provided truck to deliver parts to technicians on the job and pick up parts from other supply houses. You must have a valid drivers license of which we would like to see 3 years of clean driving record.
  • Possibly help the technicians once on the job site (this could be unloading equipment/parts or actually working doing cleaning, carpentry, plumbing. Have the ability to lift heavy equipment with assistance by one other person.
  • Perform housekeeping duties around the office such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking materials, etc.

  • Someone who enjoys driving and delivering.

  • $10 hourly pay M-F full time work.
