Painting Services

• Interior Painting
  • Furniture will be moved and all surfaces and floors will be covered and protected
  • Surface repairs will be done if needed.
  • Ceilings will be painted first, followed by walls and trim.
  • When job is done, all areas will be cleaned. Floors will be swept or/and mopped as needed. Furniture will be returned to the original location.

• Exterior Painting
  • Pressure washing to remove dirt and mildew.
  • Carpentry repairs will be done as needed.
  • Preparation work will be performed as needed, such as sanding, priming, caulking, etc.
  • Top of the line paints with mildew resistance formula and UV protection. Colors will be discussed at time of estimate or beginning of the job.
  • When job is done, all areas will be thoroughly cleaned up.
